The program is open to anyone with a professional network in the U.S. who can issue an invoice — independent consultants, agency partners, freelancers, fractional executives, and current RAM BPO clients. If you can introduce us to a serious decision-maker, you can earn.

You earn 15% of the monthly service fee RAM BPO charges the referred client, calculated per filled position. We'll share the exact figures on a discovery call before you make any introduction, so you know what to expect.

Payments start the month after the referred company makes its first payment to RAM BPO. They run every month for the first 12 months of the contract. After year one, the commission ends by default — but if you've stayed actively involved in the renewal conversation, we'll review extending the benefit. (See the next question for details.)

By default, the 15% commission runs for 12 months. We built it that way to keep the program structured and predictable for everyone. The upside: if you stay actively involved in the renewal — helping us understand the client's evolving needs, supporting the relationship, or facilitating the renewal conversation itself — we'll review extending your commission into year two. It's a case-by-case conversation, not a guaranteed automatic extension. Treat the referral as an ongoing relationship and there's real upside beyond year one.

Fair question. Before you make a formal introduction, send us the company name and we'll let you know within 48 hours if they're already in our pipeline. If they are, we'll be transparent about it. If they're not, we'll register the referral to you for 90 days.

No cap. Refer one company or twenty — every successful introduction earns you the same 15% commission for the life of each contract.

U.S.-based companies that need to scale a team without scaling overhead. We do best with logistics and freight back-office, customer service, virtual assistants, legal operations, and data-heavy roles. Companies of 20+ employees with active hiring plans tend to be the best fit.
